About Space for Enterprise

In late 2019 we moved into our brand new building and had a dynamic environment for our community Café, events, hospitality and outside catering. The community Café offered a vibrant space for our community and a training space for vulnerable people looking to develop skills for employment. It was also an important Hub for community engagement offering space for community meals, cooking workshops, a market garden for growing food and many other food led activities.

During the Covid19 pandemic we pivoted our services to provide to an emergency food provision, up to 5,000 meals per week through hot food and food parcels. As we come out of lockdown we will be returning to many of our previous activities, and opportunities for innovation in our social enterprises will really extend as we re-open the Café and our outside catering, have space to hosts parties, weddings and meetings, in addition to community and special events; exciting times ahead!
